Description:American Airlines Expansion

American Airlines expansion at JFK International Airport including four new concourse, 55 total gates, and associated runway modifications by DMJM Aviation and several sister companies. Document Manager responsible for tracking active RFIs, submittals, and sketches via Primavera Expedition. Also facilitated submittal and RFI reviews among ten internal design teams and managed staff providing data entry of approximately 50,000 submittals and 1000 RFIs.

Project Controls Manager assisted Project Director with change order and budget controls, overall internal controls (paper flow, communication flow, client responsiveness, internal document reviews etc.), signoffs and approval, and developed tracking mechanisms for each described item.
