Bagatelle Las Vegas was a restaurant development by the One Group (STK @ Cosmopolitan). The full restaurant remodel including all flooring and seating areas, construction of new private rooms, a secondary kitchen, and remodel of all walls, ceilings, and light fixtures. The outdoor pool area was also a full renovation that included grading and landscaping, the addition of new pool, outdoor bar and second level stage area, and the addition of (20) new private cabanas. Working for the GC, I coordinated the bid and analysis and budget tracking for the entire project while liaising between the developer (The One Group), the design architect, and all subs.

Heraea at the Palms is a sports theme restaurant development by the One Group (STK @ Cosmopolitan). The full restaurant remodel including demolition of original interior walls and the creation of new, elevated seating areas, plus construction of new 2nd floor balcony and a pool-facing bar. Renovation work included all flooring, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, staircases, and private rooms. Working for the GC, I coordinated the bid and analysis and budget tracking for the entire project while liaising between the developer (The One Group), the design architect, and all subs.

Cantor Gaming used Hi-Con to develop their sports books throughout the Las Vegas area. Sports books at The Palms Casino, Silverton Casino, and Palazzo were renovated to the Cantor standard, which includes demolition of original interior walls, all flooring, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, and tele/data room. Working for the GC, I coordinated the bid and analysis and budget tracking for the entire project while liaising between the design architect and our superintendent on site.
