Queensridge Towers are two luxury condominiums in Summerlin neighborhood of Las Vegas. Interior Project Manager of 219 units in which each unit owner customized their stone floor designs, bathroom pattern layouts, kitchen floors and countertops, and built-in woodwork. Coordinator of all self-performed work, including oversight of field staff on weekday and swing shifts.
Management duties included bidding and awarding 53 finish trade subcontracts, change order negotiations, monthly pay app reviews, and budget tracking. Also coordinated finish drawings of each custom unit for implementation in the field, field issue clarifications, and implementation of all multiple owner changes during the course of construction. Procurement duties included buy-out of all owner provided finishes such as plumbing fixtures, appliances, carpet, light fixtures, toilet accessories, doors, and decorative accessories plus all associated delivery tracking.
